Help me construct a circuit from Spice file

Hello everybody,

I am reading the following SPICE file and can not construct a circuit with this description. Can anybody help me to draw it? Epsicially, where to connect "ebias" and "vin"?

Spice file

Vin is to be connected between node named gn and node named 0

Added after 8 minutes:

For ebias gn1 gn dn 0 1
ebias represents a linear Voltage Controlled Voltage Source (VCVS).
Nodes gn1 and gn are the positive and negative nodes of the voltage source.
Nodes dn and 0 are respectively the positive and negative controlling nodes.
