low power dac

can any one help me to choose a DAC (16-bit) to be used for an ADC(SAR)low power around 10-15uW. to operate with 3 v and 1.62um technology. output voltage range is 0-2v

Re: low power dac

Agree! Charge redistribution is the better way but calibration circuits are needed for 16 bits resolution.

Re: low power dac

Is it possible to implement a 12-bit charge redistribution DAC without calibration?
