SHDSL artificial line

Can anybody help me built a realistic SHDSL artificial line (around 3Km or even better a way to simulate any distance). Nominal line impedance is 135R and my application is for bitrates up to 832Kbps. I can built a resistive H attenuator but this will be accurate only for a given frequency besides 135 Ohms is only a rough approcimation of the actual line impedance. I don't need an exact model but rather something better than a simple resistive attenuator.
