:D:DHi, please help me, how to analyze 16bit serial data from my AVR microcontroller into MATLAB. I want to plot those data in time based. So, i want a Matlab to capture serial data from microcontroller every 10ms, is it possible?

It is possible. Matlab has interface of commucation between hardware and matlab workspace.

You can consult the www.mathworks.com for detail.
