I am new to this forum and I have heard a lot about it,
I am currently studyinf Adv. Digital Signal Processing and my professor has asked me to implement a research paper (General or PHD level) in the topic of "Statistical Signal Modeling" . Kindly recomend me an implementabe research paper(preferably related to radar). I will be greatful for any kind of help from you people.
