Help identifying this IC

Does anybody have any info about this ic?it has a logo similar to microchip and motorola on it.not sure if other company uses similar logo.i have googled the part number. i cant find any meaninful details about it on the,inteinet.any info is highly appreciated.thanks

That crappy picture is useless, but that might be a MOSEL RAM chip

"SC" suggests it might be Motorola but the rest of the number doesn't match any standard scheme. This is probably a custom made chip or a standard ROM device pre-programmed with someones code. Where did it come from?

i removed it from a damaged ups.

the number was sealed off initially with a powerful glue and rubber like paper.i had to patiently scrape it with petrol and blade to reveal the number.i wish it could be clearer
