I have a PCB with this part on it:

It is an SOT23-5 footprint device and is some kind of DC-DC controller. The PCB is used on an LED solar light, powered by a double A Ni-Mh battery. I want to change the battery to a D size Ni-Mh battery and increase the output current slightly. Having the info on this controller would help.
