Help: How to simulate piezoelectric element in Hspice

I use the piezoelectric element to sense vibration and then the piezoelectric element generate a AC voltage. I want to use a equivalent
electric circuit in Hspice to simulate this process.
How to get the equivalent electric circuit components? What are the equations for this?
please give me some good advices.

You can use the classical equivalent circuit with an ac generator. You have two parallel paths between the pins. One is the shunt capacitance. The other is a series circuit of R L C and the ac generator.

Using "crystal equivalent circuit" as a search term on google will give you many references for finding the element values. The manufacturer of your chosen element will probably also have an equivalent circuit in the data sheet or application notes.
 

You mean the equilvlent circuit is a AC voltage or current source plus a classical crystal equivalent circuit?
So, how to determine the amplitude oof the AC source and the equialent of internal impedance?
