[Help] How to: autorout region or selection

Hi everybody,
I'm updating a pcb that a mates of mine created a while ago.
We changed some connections in the bga's region so i must reroute it from the beginning (it's a lot of stuff).
Is there any way of doing it with the autoroute without touching the already existent routes?
I'm running on OrCad PCB Designer Professional w/PSpice ver. 16.6
