Help for Current to voltage converter

current to voltage converter

Hi all.. I'm designing an application in technology TSMC 0.18µ.
The last block is a current to voltage converter.
All circuits Current to voltage converter, i used give me a voltage 500mV
But i need a current-voltage converter to have a higher voltage to 1.3V from current 400µ.

Can you write the problem more clearly,

What i understood was, you want to convert current into voltage.. right??

USe transimpedance amplifier with high feedback resistance which give trnsimpedance gain.

i hope you understood what i mean

Really i'm so happy for help given from everyone, but i will explain problem more clearly after somes modifications:
i just want a simple current to voltage converter using transistors NMOS and PMOS .
So the current (Iin) between -100u and 100u.
and the voltage (Vout) between 0 and 1.3V.
