(help) CDMA (Rake Receiver) with MATLAB 6 code??

Hi aLL....

Now I'm doing my final semester project and I must do my project about simulation cdma (rake receiver) signal with matlab 6.
Can anybody help me to provide me the matlab code for CDMA rake receiver. I am urgently need help for that.

I'm trying to impletement such systems in MATLAB like............
>>walsh code
>>PN code
>>noise
>>step size

Can anybody send me a link from where i can download this code? or any help which will guide me in making of my final semester project?

yes, I have tried the matlab file exchange on the mathworks site but the script doesn't work in matlab 6.1
 

i also need matlab code for cdma uplink with rake receivers if u get please provide me
 
plz help me i need rake receiver simulink diagram
