eagle rectangular hole

I have an potentiometer which has two tabs on the package. The potentiometer is from ALPS and part number is RK09D111.

I am doing a PCB layout which would use this potentiometer.
I want to make a library for this potentiometer in the Eagle. I want to make two rectangular thru-hole for the two tab on the package.
How can I do that?

If you know, please help me. Very URGENT.

Thank you very much.

I think this is not particularly an Eagle problem. Most CAD systems have no special support for rectangular holes. You can either define a certain drill diameter as placeholder for rectangular cutouts or define a milling contour. You have to check anyway, if the manufacturer has a suitable tool for the cutout. For small and medium production quantities, I would use a round hole instead.
