Attached is a circuit that shows how to use a regular Op-Amp and 4 transistors to make a high voltage (+/- 50v output) amplifier.
Choose R3 and R4 so that Q1 and Q3 are at a verge of conduction (about 0.5V on R3 and R4) for the highest quiescent current of the Op Amp.
R6 and R7 are used in the regular way to adjust the gain. Note that you should use a gain higher than 10 to amplify a +/-5V or lower input voltage to an output voltage of +/-50V.
