Help about VB keylogger!!!

first of all im making a system called VBkeylogger everything is fine but one thing is i have a problem regarding when my program is opened then i open another application such as internet explorer my program is then ignored by the internet explorer and will not read any keystrokes what i want to ask of you is how do i make such program when my program(VBkeylogger) is open then whenever any application is open it will still read the keystrokes

On your idea, Your program is similar to TasK manager the progam is available in windows,isn't it! If it is true , I can help you
