Hi,all:
Nice to meet all!
I'm designing bandgap reference based on the book of Razavi: <<Design of
Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits>>.
My circuit structure is same with that in the book on page 370. Figure 11.11.
But from simulation, I found the output bandgap reference voltage is not like
the Figure11.16 on Page374. My simulation result is just like x axial symmetry with
respect to Figure 11.16.
That means at first the curve drops with the temperature and keeps
constant for a period of temperature and rises up with the temperature at last.

I wonder why my simulation result show so strange curve.
The variations of my curve is very similiar with normal case. it's about 1~2mv.

How can i do with my simulation result to change the abnormal case to normal one?

thanks a lot!
