can not find cc1

More and more programs come with their own MnGW .I have at least 3 now installed with it .I looks that to avoid problems with multiple copies of MnGW . all use different Path variables .But now none of my versions work .I get the error
"Cannot find cc1 ".I did the installation of the package again and got the same error and i wont get fixed if i manually add in the path the directory where cc1 is located
I have search the net to see where is that the compiler front end gcc calls cc1.exe
did'n find a thing. There is a file that i suspect responsable but is not text

any body dealt with this problem already ??

FOUND THE PROBLEM ! ....IS NOT ATRIVIAL ONE . MY PATH VARIABLE WON'T ACCEPTY MORE CHARACTERS .. I CHANGE IT WITH REGEDIT AND IT ACCEPTS MORE CHARACTERS .BUT WHEN I TYPE PATH ON A CMD TERMINAL I SEE THAT THE SAME NUMBER OF CHARACTERS THAN BEFORE .??/
