Helix Universal Server Insstalation Problem

I installed both Helix Universal Server and Helix Proxy in my PC however, after the installation only the Helix Proxy is working. When I was trying to open the Helix Server Administrative web page it could not be accessed at all. Would you please give me your advice on how to sole this problem?
