"input clamping current" and "output clamping current"

What do these mean in this context?

Does it mean that these logic chips are internally current limited?

Does it mean each output is limited to 10mA source or sink?

Or does it mean that the total of all outputs is limited to 10mA, source or sink?

The answer is no, no, no.

You find "clamping current" under maximum ratings, it's simply the maximal current that the internal protection diodes can stand.

Does anyone know where I can get a spice model for NXP HEF4081BP or an equivalent chip?

I only have the 74 series of logic chips with the 7V max Vcc.

And I can't seem to find any spice models at all on the NXP website.
