Header / pin array - panel feedtroughs

Hi... Have been looking for a pin array (male-male, or male-female) panel-feedthrough solution but i could not find any. This is for a standard 2x10 pin array, 0.1" (2,54mm) pitch and row spacing

I could use other connectors but with mentioned solution I could reuse existing cables and minimize workload.
Alternatively I could also use PCB assemblies with two shrouded or unshrouded pin arrays, with mounting holes to fit on a panel
