I think you're looking for the TCLite version which seems to be the only free version of 3.0 (perhaps I'm wrong?).
Difference to the full version:
It is a "limited" version which generates .EXE files which can only be run within the TCLite IDE

dont u know that a software or any kinda copyrighted idea which is older the 20yrs
becomes public...

the Turbo C++ 3.2 compiler is more than 20 yrs old and its declared free even by the Turbo...
but the compiler was removed form their download cos no body uses it except me
:|....

so pls U SP ...know abt the subject of discussion ..before posting u r junk replies...
