Pirate/substandard components are all over. They will do anything to save money and mislead the buyer. You are not completely safe even if you buy from a reputable distributor. Some clones are so close you can't spot the difference. You only find out when you do some measurements.

That picture has been on the Internet for several years.

At least it was a good quality one inside - even if only a quarter of the value.
