I have four stage Darlington power Transistor module:
With this charactrictic. Type No:QM1000HA-24B
Manf.:MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC
High power for switching use
Max.Ratings
c=7Kw Ic=1000Amp. Tj=-40....150C hfe=750
Vcex=1000volte
Can I use? this power Transistor module for liner application With pre regulator system
for limet power dissipation.
If this type of power Transistor module no good for this application.pleas help me what type I can use?

With water cooling system
