is any body use this por circuit: its configuration is a little like the bandgap's configuration, my teacher ask me to find paper, but I can't find the circuit which is like the bandgap, cound any body help me?

why not try to design it by yourself? It's a simple circuit

Every POR should using RC charge up mechanism.

I think you may make mistake between por and startup circuit. startup circuit usually is used together with bandgap to make bandgap circuit enter normal working state.
