what is difference between hardware languages and software languages???

The first is applied to configure circuit interconnection, other is applied to program the sequence of instructions execution.

I think the main difference is that HW languages run concurrent. Software runs sequencially.

Software runs on a CPU and hence has to work instruction by instruction.

Hardware runs concurrent, in that all the Flip Flops of the design are registering their inputs every clock cycle. The language that describes this is run on a simulator that enables the concurrentcy to be observed.

I think hardware software mostly control the hardware interfacing like memmory,processors ,PCI ,USB etc
Where the software languages is work on the hardware languages
