hi,
You will require a step down transformer from 230Vac to 28Vac, you have not indicated the current that the 24Vdc will have to supply to the Load.??
This will determine the VA rating of the transformer and the final choice of the secondary voltage
Also do you want a regulated 24Vdc.?
