hard drive/CDROM enclosure circuit

i am interesting making hard drive/CDROm enclosure to make connection uisng USB so anyone could help the circuit
appreciate
 

Using USB?? I think you will have a hard time because USB interfacing requires hard coding also.
 

i don't think so i did try to open an enclosure of IBM mobile harddrive it only have a circuit but it is very small i could not copy the schematic
 

Hi,
I was wondering just a week ago the same thing as M!k; How to copy the schematic of an enclosure. If you come up with a scematic I would very much like to have the schematic also. So, please, PM if you have something.
By the way, when I asked for the USB interface, I got the same reaction, but I don't think it is hard to get. I haven't checked the links above though...
