which steps of network re-entry can be skipped if we know target base station before handover Implementation؟
I think 4 packets will be skipped ( SBC-REQ/RSP PKM-REQ/RSP REG-REQ/RSP DSA-REQ/RSP ) but i'm not sure.
please help me.
