Hello Actually i am trying to make a h bridge inverter which give square wave form at output and i am using ir2110 driver circuit and arduino as microcontroller and the input supply is 318V DC but at 100 V dc input it works fine but when i gave a suppy of 318 volt my driver along with mosfet and arduino blow up and fuse remain close?

Many possibilities. Did you setup H Bridge with dead band timing, see PH1 and PH2 where
they have non overlapping clocks :

Which Arduino board with Atmel microcontroller on it are you using ?

As Klaus stated schematic all important, and a picture of your prototype layout and
wiring.
