GSM device to send SMS

Hi,

Is there any low cost USB based GSM device/Module ..?
I Just need to send SMS using that (using at command),...
currently I'm having wavecom module but it is costly ..

use a mobile phone that supports at commands ( a second hand cell phone would cost around 500 )
