My application is vehcile tracking system along with OBD
For that i need AT command interafce GSM module with 3g supportable.Can anyone suggest some module with lower price range

u can use 2g module as well for vehicle tracking. For low price i will suggest u Neoway M590 GSM/GPRS Module its price is uder $5.

If you prefer 3G modem then you can use SIM5215

Hi,
You can try M1506 from Lynq for 3g.
Since it is a vehicle tracking application, you can think of GSM+GPS module. You can try L216 or L128 from Lynq again.

sim5360 you needn't a external Mcu just this module.you can program it with LUA scripting language. and there is a bult-in GPS.
