In schematic SIZE=2.540 MM,MULTIPLE=1,ALT=0.3175
In Board SIZE=1.27MM,MULTIPLE=1,ALT=0.158

If I changed the SIZE=1.271MM in board means the above error is showing in the schematic.

how to solve this error..?

1.27 mm is 0.050 inches, or 50 mils.
i believe eagle "thinks" in inches, not meters

1.271 mm is 0.050039 inches, or 50.0039 mils
it is a computer. it has a threshold check for "coarse" layout grid.

you can remove this warning (yellow triangle is a warning, not an error)
by going back to 1.27 mm, or you can ignore it.

on a different note, why would you make such a tiny change?
