Grid in Altium Designer 10

In Altium PCB(AD10), I have set the grid. But while placing the components it is not placed/picked as per the Grid.I checked in the manual. But I dont have an option as is in the manual. Plz help me to overcome this. Thanks!!
 

Right click on PCB. Options->GRIDS.

It will pop up Board Options window. In that, Check the values in 'Snap Grid' & 'Component Grid'. Select the values as low. Then try it.

Plz see the file.. I dont have that option. It might be a different version from urs. In the manual too listed the same option as you suggested. But I dont have that in my tool.
 

Picture you have attached is not clear.
Even in the menu, Can't you see "Design"-> "Board Options"???
 

Actually I dont find the "Component Grid" option in my tool.
