GPS tracker with GSM module which sends SMS messages

somebody can help me with a tracket project , gps with gsm module.i need this from school examen.the project must to transmit the positions in sms when i send a message to it.

* Sending SMS with GSM/GPRS modem by use of AT-commands
* Serial connection between mobile phone or GSM/GPRS modem and microcontroller/GPS
* GPS format that comes out of your gps
