stanford 7200 gps simulator

Hi,
Is anyone familiarised with Stanford Telecom 7200 Navstar GPS Sattelite Simulator? Can this tool be used to emulate the signal received by a GPS antenna from the sattelites and used to test GPS products? Thanks.
