GPRS (NO CARRIER) (at-command for entering userid,pwd)

i have the same problem as all here which is (NO CARRIER) in the nodem connection but i figure that it's pecause the PPP connection does not stablished well and that is because i did not enter the uesr id and the passwoerd that i got from vodafone (the GPRS service provider) but i realy don't know the at-command that i use to enter them also i don't kow the at-command which i use for transmitting data in the hyperterminal for the GPRS connection
so plz anyone know how to solve this problem tell me

note :
i use modem MC35i from siemens
windows 2000
