I'm using Agilent ICCAP to extract GP parameters.
How does the GP model express the large signal behavior?

In ICCAP routine, the model parameters are extracted by fitting DC characteristics,Junction capacitance, and S-parameters measurement results.
They are all SMALL SIGNAL measurements.

How does the model justify without measuring large signal characteristic?
