Good beginner tutorial for AT90S2313

I need a good beginner tutorial for AT90S2313. Flashing led would be a good start

Also, is there a free C compiler for AVR?

at90s2313 tutorial

For beginner, I would suggest going for BASCOM-AVR. It will give you a quick start. Demo version is available with program size limitation.

For C, WinAVR (GNU) is best. Also download the AVRLibC.
