Firstly my English is poor...
I have installed all versions of linux, but I can not run icfb!
When I typed "setenv" in cshell, the cadence environment variables are followed by "^M". What does it mean? I have installed Linux FC 5/6, AS4/5, centos5, redhat9.0. I have changed license.dat and .bashrc and make link to tools.lnx86. The order is significant? Now I am mad...
Who can help me ?My God !
Can you understand me ?

I guest that "^M" causes by space character when you save env. file in text mode. It is not suitable with Linux (binary mode). Let check it again

Thank you very much! The above problem has been killed!
But another one is comming ! When I type "setenv", the sentence followed "PATH" appear to be strange: there are several "\r" somewhere and "display 0.0". Is the file ".bashrc" incorrect?
What should I do ? I have been setting the system for more than one month !
If somebody know, please tell me ! Thanks a lot!
You are my G O D !
