Hi

I want to study on the subject of "gm/Id design". Do you know good source or book.

I found this useful book:

the gm/id methodology a sizing tool for low-voltage analog cmos circuits

Does anyone have this book and share with me ?

I've bought this Jespers book several years ago and read it. It uses a rather theoretical approach, but I can't say I'm really enthusiastic about it. Also, you might want to check this thread.

Some time later I bought the Binkley book David M. Binkley "Tradeoffs and Optimization in Analog CMOS Design", which totally relies its designs on the gm/Id methodology, and I found it much better in terms of practical use.

Thanks erikl for your helpful comment. I have already studied the "Tradeoffs ... " book.
