glomosim does not take my changes,help me plz

hello to every one
i do a project with glomosim,i want to work on network layer and hook a new routing protocol on sensor network,
but glomosim does no see my changes on code, it dose not take any error message about my changes,i now it runs input file but dos not take any error or output about my changes
help me plz

for checking errors you do your coding in c, and execute. then u add up tat. and when there is no change in reading reinstall glomosim and rewrite the environmental variables.
