if we have two batteries and can connect one after other can we get two distinct level of voltage which is called square wave perfect square wave?

What you are asking doesn't make any sense.

To generate a square waveform on a easy way, you can use a 555 IC.

Cheers.

With the center of 2 batteries as neutral in series, you can switch a bipolar relay or transistor push-pull switch from either polarity thru the load to Neutral and get a bipolar voltage signal.

Square wave implies only that the switch time is equal for each switch.
