I have a Zynq FPGA board with a HDMI connected to it. I want to create a simple project with my board, such as display an image or simple pattern through the HDMI interface.
I guess there are some IPs on vivado, however I am looking for free one.
1) Is there any tutorial or training with free IPs online?
2) Which IP (in block diagram) I should use to interface HDMI to my FPGA?

Is there any tutorial or training with free IPs online?
XILINX makes available a considerable amount of general and specific tutorials on Youtube, in addition to other's individual contributions, not only explaining how to add IPs as well as explaining how to create your own. It's unlikely that you haven't found it.

Would you send me one of them.
Most of what I found, have custom IP and they don't share the IPs.

Search out the Digilent HDMI demo projects at Github.
There are many individual projects there too, use the one that fits your case the best.
Many of the Xilinx image/video processing IP cores are free to use.
