Dear All
I am new for electronics
I need to generate 4.194 MHZ 0-5V clock signal from the below circuit.
I got 4.194 MHZ 5V from the circuit but unfortunately this circuit is giving sawtooth wave.
Please help me anyone to get square wave signal from this circuit.

CD4000 series is simply too slow to generate a clean 4 MHz squarewave with 5V supply voltage. You may improve the result by reducing the load capacitance in your measurement. Preferably use a faster logic series like 74HC.

Hello FvM,

Thank you for your kind advice, it is very helpful for me.

Please give me a 74HC Series circuit for generating 4.194 MHZ 0-5 V

The idea is to use a HC74 gate similar to the CD4011 circuit. In case of doubt ask Google for "HC04 Oscillator".
