I want to feed a *continuous* 77 megabit/sec serial bit stream into a Windows PC. It's just two signals, data and clock. I can decode the data in software.

I could build my own PCI card (or program an FPGA card) and write drivers+software to do that, but I would much prefer buying an off-the-shelf general-purpose high-speed serial card. But I can't find one! Do they exist?
