Geen Hills Software activation

Hi,
I had green Hills IDE with me alongwith that IDE , i also had one dongle hardware key to activate software.Without activation i could not work on software.While installing my machine detect dongle but could not get activated.Is Anyone know why this problem is happening?
Its urgent.

Install the USB Dongle driver correctly do this before you install the MULTI IDE itself

If you have allready installed then uninstall every thing,
Then on fresh note Install the USB Dongle driver first, then proceed to install the MULTI IDE, when prompted for license, select the USB option
