hello everyone
i am making project of scr based full bridge convertor using microcontroller to get regulated dc voltages.
i have generated gate pulses for both pairs of scr. now i am required a gating circuit of both pairs to get them fired whenever gate pulse is applied...
can anyone guide me please.....

first you have to decide when the gate pulse should be triggered.and for this you should know when your zero crossing will take place.

that all formalities i have done....i have generated gate pulses acoording to user defined phase angle. now the problem is in hardware , how to connect controller with scr pairs using moc 3020

you need to build a driver circuit for these. For upper devices in bridge you would need isolation also. Try driver ic or build a pulse transformer based driver circuit.
