I need Service manual of Gateway's FPD1930 19-inch LCD monitor,
Fault: Some times Display shows picture other than its shows Blank Screen,No OSD when going to creating problem.

I replaced Basic Capacitors and yet not seen any bad capacitors in board.
 

I let you know for information update the problem fixed by replacing panel.
