Hello!
I am currently try to design a 3D mini pcb, which schematic and PCB are extracted from Eagle to Fusion 360. The problem is, that when I push the 2D pcb design to 3D, the components (1 sensor and 1 connector) appear as flat black models and not as the right 3D ones. Do you have any idea of how to fix this problem? Thanks a lot in advance!

you need to create a 3D model to go along with the schematic symbol and footprint

there is a built in 3D model generator for standard shape components
it is added to as they develop the software for more standard shapes

there are also 3rd party model sources, such as ultralibrarian
sometimes their 3D models are just rectangular blocks

some component manufacturers provide step models which you can add to the
component library. you should be able to find the instructions through the
Fusion 360 Electronics community
