Which one is a better test bench for simulating a fully differential opamp, first or second? Or are they the same?

Sorry, not to answer your question. I was looking for a topic with answers about simulation of fully differential amplifiers. I am new in the subject of Fully D.A., and I need to study one and maybe design one after that.

Where can I find information about what parameters I need to simulate. How to simulate the CMFB? There is a paper or a book where I can find this information?
