I am 4 months old into SMPS. I have designed simple smps circuits like buck and flyback.
However, I need to design a Full bridge circuit, which makes use of uc1875 IC.
The Input is 100Vac to 250Vac. The output is 2.4Kwatts, i.e 60V , 40 Amps.
Can someone guide me by calculating the components using formulas to design the full bridge?
I need someone who tells me everything from how to calculate Inductors, capacitors, transformers,
the core size, how to choose Duty cycle, Switching frequency, designing EMI filter and everyother thing.
This will be a huge task, but if I can learn this properly, then I am sure that all the other designs will be a
piece of cake. And I too will be in a position to help others.
I know there are a lot of datasheets and articles available online, but as I said, I am very new to SMPS and those online
articles confuse me a lot.
